Merry Christmas To Our Red Rhino Customer Family!

Christmas Card

December 22, 2020

To: Our Red Rhino Customer Family:

As each year passes and we come to the most special time of year, Christmas, I am always touched by what I have seen.  For all of us 2020 was a year unlike any other we have ever experienced.  A nation in turmoil, boiled over by pandemics, elections and a purported split in ideology where, if you were to believe the news, we are all either on one side or the other and no one finds common ground.  While I think we have all suffered through these things and had our tempers flare and our minds cry out for normalcy, I do find an immense amount of solace in believing in the power of faith, compassion and love that our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ brings to us during this special time of year.  Regardless of one’s religious affiliation or background, I do believe that the feeling of humankind at this time of year is truly unique and special.  Generosity and understanding flow more freely, people are genuinely nicer to each other and they want to raise up those who are less fortunate.  These things always seem to be more present at Christmas than at any other time.  That is the wonder, magic and spirit of Christmas as I see it, and it is such an awesome thing to witness.

For all of us 2020 brought great joy with sales that were never before seen.  For some it brought sorrow as loved ones were lost to the pandemic.  I am honored to know so many of you and to get to know each of you better as the years progress.  Aside from the business being business aspects of our life, the personal relationships that we all develop in our lives are what will remain and will ultimately matter most.  For those I am grateful to each of you and to my wonderful staff who work so hard at their tasks to keep this fireworks machine we call Red Rhino in tip top shape for all of our customers.  All of you mean the world to us.  Together we have worked our way through 2020 and we have all adjusted to supply constraints this fall that, like sales, have never been seen before.  But one thing always proves to be a constant – the resolve and ability for “Fireworks People” to adjust, persevere and survive whatever comes their way.  2021 will bring new challenges as supplies will need to be bolstered in a world where shipping is ever changing and finds itself struggling to cope with new constraints.  But we will deal with that later.

Right now, at this most wonderful time of year, I wish each of you a very Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year!  God Bless you all and from the bottom of my heart and on behalf of all of us here at Red Rhino Fireworks, thank you for blessing our lives with yours.  Be safe, be happy and be well.

Sincerely,

Steve Houser
