Crazy Debbie's Fireworks wants to make your ordering experience as pleasant as possible. The information on this page will help you understand how to place an
order, our Terms and Conditions, how we deliver, and how you can contact our customer service department. The information on this page is divided into sections.
Crazy Debbie's Fireworks relies on Internet technology and automated computer technology to help to keep our costs low. If you send email to us, we will try to
respond within twenty-four hours during regular business days (Monday thru Friday, 9 am to 5 pm CST). In some cases, it is not unusual to have a response back within
30 minutes. We understand your questions are important, and we strive to provide great customer service. You are welcome to call us, however during the weeks prior
to July 4th and during New Years, it is not unusual to encounter a long duration of wait time.
Terms and Conditions
Because fireworks are a regulated product and demand adult supervision when using them, we have several Terms and Conditions that we have placed on the sale of
Consumer Fireworks. When you buy from us, you agree to and accept all Terms and Conditions set forth in this section
- Our merchandise is sold only with the agreement that you will obey allow pertinent laws, including Federal, State, County, City and other local laws.
- When purchasing fireworks from Crazy Debbie's Fireworks, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crazy Debbie's Fireworks from any and all legal consequences,
damages, or fees arising from the transportation, storage, handling, sale, and use of fireworks. Only you can be responsible for your actions.
- We try to maintain accurate records of our inventory so that we know the items in stock at any given times. However, in the event that an item is out of stock,
we reserve the right to substitute a similar item of equal or greater value.
- You must be at least 18 years old to purchase wholesale fireworks. By submitting your order, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age.
- We accept checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. For credit card orders, we require the zip code and street address that your card is billed
to and the three-digit security code that is printed in the signature block on the back of your card. All orders must be paid in full prior to an order being picked up or shipped out.
- While we have invested a considerable amount of time verifying the date on our website, we are not responsible for errors or omissions on our website.

Ordering Fireworks
There are several ways to order fireworks, including ordering online, telephone orders, and ordering by fax. The web order form is now available and may either be saved
and emailed to us, or printed out and faxed to us. This form is currently available in Excel format. While we answer your questions over the phone, we prefer not to take orders
directly over the telephone. By ordering online or ordering by fax, you save time (both yours and ours) and errors are reduced by providing us with the documentation we need to
full your order accurately and as quickly as possible. Our recommendation would be to place two orders. One very early in the season, around the end of March to first of April
and another order later in the season, around the middle to end of May. This would ensure that you get the greatest percentage of items available, as some containers arrive early,
while others do not arrive until later in the season.
Shipping Charges
We use a variety of trucking companies to ship fireworks to our customers. All shipping charges are calculated directly by the trucking company and are not in the control of
Crazy Debbie's Fireworks. To learn more about shipping, please click here.
Delivering Fireworks
Because the US Post Office, UPS, and Federal Express will not transport consumer fireworks, we have to rely on trucking companies to deliver fireworks for us. We use a variety of
different companies, including Yellow, ABF, FedEx Freight, and a variety of others. Your Ship to Location must be able to accept freight shipments. We strongly advise to have
arrangements made for delivery to a business address. This will reduce both the delivery time and shipping complications. All shipments to residential addresses will include an
additional fee was is imposed by the trucking company. After we receive your order, it generally takes us 24 to 48 hours to process, pull, and notify the trucking company for delivery.
When things are really busy, this process can take as long as 5-7 days to complete. Plus, trucking companies only pick up on Monday through Friday and do not deliver on weekends.
Therefore, it is strongly encouraged that you place your order as early as possible into to insure availability of items and prompt shipment. In general, it takes 3 to 7 days to deliver
fireworks by truck. All firework shipments are FOB Joplin, Missouri 64804, so if you are near Missouri, you may get your delivery sooner. However, once we hand off your order
to the trucking company, the order is out of our hands and is the sole responsibility of the shipper. The trucking companies generally call to arrange delivery of items.
It is very important that you do not refuse delivery of your order, as once it has been shipped, responsibility for the shipment falls between you and the trucking company.
Once your fireworks have been shipped, they can never be returned. DO NOT ORDER FIREWORKS IF THERE IS ANY CHANCE YOU MAY NOT WANT THEM WHEN THEY ARRIVE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.If you instruct
the shipper to return your shipment after it arrives at the destination location, you will be charged actual freight charges for both directions, plus a 15% restocking fee.
In most cases, this can exceed the cost of the original order due to the high cost of transportation for Hazmat goods. If the shipment appears to be damaged upon receipt, please
have the delivery agent make a notation stating the fact. Any notification delay may result in a loss to you. We cannot honor claims that a carrier is responsible for.
All claims for shortages and/or damages must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of your merchandise. If you have any further questions in regards to shipping, please call or email us.
